How much are the shipping rates?

Yodel - for chairs
Evri - for accessories and most desks (1.2m - 1.6m)
XDP - for larger 1.8m desks

All items will be delivered directly to your doorstep by our trusted carriers.

Please note:
Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to Ireland (EU), Guernsey, Jersey, and certain military zones at this time. Some remote areas, including parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands, may have limited delivery availability depending on your postcode. Outskirt or remote areas may incur an additional surcharge of £7 per item.

How Long Does It Take To Deliver?

We’re dedicated to getting your order to you as swiftly as possible. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UK local time) are typically picked, packed, and handed over to our shipping carriers within 24 hours.

Delivery times vary by location:
Standard areas: expected arrival within 3-5 business days
Remote regions: expected arrival within 7-10 business days

How To Trace My Order?

You will receive a tracking number in your email once we have shipped it out which includes the link where you may trace your order.

Change of Mind?

For orders that have not yet been fulfilled, we are able to accommodate change-of-mind requests upon contacting our customer service team. However, once an item has been fulfilled or shipped, return shipping fees will apply. Please note that all returned items must remain unassembled and in their original condition. Refunds will be processed after the item has been returned to and inspected at our warehouse.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided by Customer?

If the order has already been fulfilled using an incorrect address provided during checkout, additional re-shipping fees may apply for redirecting or re-sending the item. We kindly advise customers to ensure all shipping details are accurate before completing the purchase.
